If You Have a Wii Keep Reading! (UPDATED!)

Hi everyone. Today I will teach you how to add me as a Wii Friend and how to send me messages. If these steps are unclear whatsoever, please comment a specific question.

Step1: Go to the Wii Menu (Where all the channels are)

Step2: At the bottom left there is a circle with the word “Wii” in it. Click that.

Step3: Two options will come up. Click on the wrench.

Step4: A list of thigs will now come on screen. Click on the arrow pointing right, then click on “Internet”

Step5: Click on the top option, “Connection Settings”

Step6: A list of three connections will come up (Connection 1, Connection 2, and Connection 3.) If they all say “None” next to them, click on Connection 1.

Step7: Click on “Wireless” then click on “Search for an Access Point”

Step8: After a little while, a list of Access Points should come up. They all have strange names. Search for the ones with the “Unlocked” sign on them, then pick out the one with green. If there are no greens, find yellow. If there are only reds and locked ones, sorry but you can’t get a connection.

Step7: Ones you find a good connection, it will test it. Then it will ask for a Wii Update. Hit OK and wait for about 5-10 minutes. Once it’s done, go back to the Wii Menu.

Step8: At the bottom right there is a circle with a postcard. The postcard will probably have a number in it. Click on the post card.

Step9: You are now on the Wii Message Board. At the bottom left, there should be a picture of a calender. One to its right is a picture of a pen on paper. Click that.

Step10: Three options will come up: Memo, Post Card, and Address Book. (They are in that order from the left.) Click on the one on the far right, the Address Book. Your Wii Number will appear. Write it down on a piece of paper then comment it on this post.

Step11: You should still be on the page with your number. Click “Register” at the bottom right of the screen. Then type in the following number:

Step12: Once you type it in and hit OK then it will ask for a nickname. Type in “Radio13579″, hit OK, then choose a Mii to represent me.

Step13: In at most a week, I will send you a message on the Wii! Remember to comment your number on this post! Also, feel free to ask questions, as long as they’re specific. Thanks!
